The staff is friendly and excellent, guaranteeing you'll have a great time here, and the food is fantastic and delicious, making a return visit a must.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights.

De omgeving was aangenaam en rustig, wat zorgde voor een ontspannen sfeer. De kamers waren ruim en schoon, met comfortabele bedden waar we heerlijk op hebben geslapen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, met heerlijke pannenkoeken als extraatje.

Helaas was er maar één toilet en douche beschikbaar voor de hele gang, wat soms voor wat ongemak zorgde. De douche voelde ook erg vochtig aan, wat niet erg comfortabel was.

Had very enjoyable stay in this gorgeous hotel, the staff were amicable, location was marvellous very near to Eifel tower. The atmosphere created was quiet. Our room was tastefully decorated and functional with a double bed and tea and met requests. The breakfast was above average, they serve brilliant food. Appreciated their good service.

I appreciated the hotel, it's gorgeous and the location is marvellous comfortable to get outside of the main Parisian tourist areas. The room was elegant and large, complete with twin beds as well as balloons.

We had an incredible stay at Orso Hotels in Paris. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From helping my boyfriend plan a birthday surprise to decorating our room with balloons and a happy birthday sign, they truly made us feel special. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the metro and attractions like the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with attention to detail in every corner. The amenities, from the luxurious bedding and clean towels to the high-end coffee and tea selection, added to the overall comfort of our stay. We especially enjoyed the ability to screencast YouTube content from our phone to the hotel room's TV. We highly recommend staying at Orso Hotels - it's a home away from home in Paris.

the parking possibility. the assigned parking garage is 5 minutes by foot. what was not the problem. but that you can allegedly park cheaper with a flyer, which you get in the hotel. unfortunately, on our departure on sunday no one was present in this parking garage office. so we had to pay the full tariff 64 euros. offered were 2 nights for 40.des was ok. but so... was somewhat dubious.

The hotel was pleasant and nice, I really enjoyed it, especially street view. The rooms where tidy and functional, and the bathroom was good with a roll-in shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Wallace in Paris. The room was clean, tidy, and had beautiful details. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the staff treated me like family.

Menu for breakfast could use more options to choose from.

Wireless didn't work in our room. Very high price for a pretty nondescript room. We were stuck paying the high price because we hadn't booked our rooms in Paris early enough...

Super nice (Arabic-born) concierge - 11 out of 10 points! Refrigerator and bathtub were available. Bicycle stands directly in the field of vision of the reception (due to theft).

The duvet cover had stains. Only French and Italian television stations.

The hotel is fairly clean with a nice design and based in a really nice building. Charming little rooms. - Free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! - Wifi and a safe box - that's always a plus.

Cleanliness, fabulous hotel facilities, fantastic location near main attractions, and friendly staff made our stay wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel provided excellent facilities, including a hot tub on the roof terrace and a beautiful bar area. The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, just a short distance from the Eiffel Tower and a grocery store. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.
